This is my second time staying at this hotel. Our room had a leaky shower head bad door lock, lights blasting through the window, and constant noise from the planes overhead and the pool. The jacuzzi was tempid warm with to much chlorine the first night. The second night the jets and heat wouldn't work. Definitely would not recommend staying here.
Very nice property but not well-maintained and needs a major renovation. Staff here is great but it’s really too bad how dirty the patios and rooms are. Usually I think that Hyatt’s are really nice but this one just feels run down. The red marlin restaurant on the property is overpriced for mediocre food . The staff here is four star ...very attentive and very nice but the overall vibe is run down
Very accommodating staff! We stayed here a week and loved it! Views were outstanding of the bay! Friday night Fireworks were a nice surprise. When we checked in our rooms were not what we wanted, and Brenda at the front desk gave us a room with a bathtub for our 2 year old. Also the location is VERY convenient! MB is a 5 minute drive. I would suggest rather than renting a vehicle to just use LYFT or Uber if not traveling with small children.
This hotel is just gross! There was mold growing in the shower, stains all over the patio furniture, and it smelled. The only redeeming feature was its location (10-20 minutes away from just about everything by car). Highly disappointed this is a Hyatt hotel
Very nice hotel all the staff was friendly and helpful. Very pretty ocean view from my hotel balcony.
Nice place. We stayed in the suites and they were a bit dated but it was clean and we'll maintained. Restaurant and bars were nice as was the environment with the marina etc.
