We are staying here at the moment. The Conceirge Heather was extremely helpful today in locating the hire of a wheelchair for me. All the staff have extremely friendly and very polite. The hotel itself, could I agree with others be updated, and the layout is somewhat higgledy piggledy, but it is pretty good. The garden layout is pretty wacky, which I loved.
The staff was excellent, especially the concierge Ashley who as very patient with my overly inquisitive wife, and Jei who works as a valet and always had a smile. The grounds are impeccable. The decor of the rooms is a little dated, but the views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean are not surpassed.
The place is awesome, the views, ease of parking, oh my the food is so delicious. Charlie the video guy was super nice and after I saw his work video was edited to perfection and the footage was super clear and done to music I would give him an A plus!
Avoid this one! We checked & checked right out again. Shabby. Dirty. Well past it's sell by date. Desperately needs a refurb. We rebooked into the grand Hyatt Manchester which was fabulous
Beautiful resort style private stay, great for couples looking to relax! I went to the Red Marlin restaurant, great food, great service! Very resonbale for the location and luxurious style of the Hotel/resort.
We are staying here now. All these bad reviews on here are nonsense. I agree the rooms should be updated now for a 4 Star resort, but it is very clean and everyone has been very nice. We are in an ocean view corner suite and the view is amazing. We would stay here again!!
