Absolutely loved this hotel! Only got to stay 1 night. Staff was fantastic, view from our room was amazing, pool area is beautiful, our oceanside king room was clean, very roomy, comfy bed. Cant wait to visit again!
Omg how was this the hyatt???!!!! The couches in the room were stained all over....carpets stained....we switched room and had the same stains all over the couch we had to put bed sheets on the couch to sit....could not believe it. Stay away
Service was only ok, maybe they were understaffed for the holiday weekend. Things starting to look run down, doors stick and only 1 elevator worked. For a resort, room and bathroom had seen better days. View of harbor nice. Odd that the Market only open til noon, what if you wanted to buy wine after that? No where in a mile radius to shop. Also didn’t like that the Swim eatery wasn’t open when the pool was; Swim didn’t open til the Market was closed. Had the worse spa treatment ever. The manager have me a 10% discount.
The stay started out awful! Due to low season many of the eating places are closed on site! However, Michelle Reinmuth at the Swim Bar turned my frown into a smile! She went above and beyond the call of duty to find me a freshly prepared ( it was for dinner meal to be served two hours later) Bowl of Delicious Clam Chowder and bread!! She made my day! She deserves a raise! ���
