We had 1 night without our kids for our anniversary. They asked at check in if we would like to upgrade to a corner suite. Sure. We paid the difference. Our room was so loud. 10th floor above the pool. We could hear every word being said down there. It didn't get quiet til 11pm! We asked for help with the noise but no help. Was available. Worst $ I ever spent. I will never come back. There was lack of empathy and professionalism.
Heaven on Earth! The Hospitality is outstanding. Amazing food, great pool and hot tub! What’s not to love? Do yourself a favor and visit often � � �
We have been stating here for years. The quality in service has declined. The majority of the time there were no pool towels for a resort fee it shouldn't be an issue. Swim bar service was slow. The rooms need to be updated and cleaned. Our patio deck was filthy. To include trash and other items under the couch etc. I also dont like the 3% surcharge on everything because minimum wage went up in California. I don't live in that state and did not vote for it. The young lady who checked us in was very professional, very helpful & friendly. You could tell she loved her job. Our room was very clean. The desk & night stand could be updated but are functional & clean. The glass balcony overlooking the pool was wonderful. The grounds & pools are very clean & beautiful! Great location & not far from bus stop if you don’t want to drive your own car. Every staff member has been very friendly & helpful. Loved it so much that we are coming back next month!
We stayed in the tower & for the price u pay to stay there u would expect it to be really clean. The 1st thing I noticed was the long strands of hair in the restroom & on the towels. Second was the dirty sofa. There were stains & white spots on it. Third the chairs on the balcony smelled really bad as if they had never seen a cleaning. Excellent service and room ... the front desk was so helpful when i arrived and the automated check in and out service was so helpful.
Does a great job with both conferences and lodging. Beautiful!
The room was incredible. clean, modern, friendly. Staff is very helpful. The view superb. Philip is a wonderful concierge. I will be back. :)
