Hotel was great! pool was great! the food service and drinks service at the pool did not exist and the valet was the worst. I give the valet parking and just unloading in the front a 1 star They were only using one cart to unload everyone’s luggage that’s ridiculous coming from a resort like the Hyatt.
The only thing I liked about this resort was the pool. My daughter had a blast there. But our suite looked old and run down. The couch looked run down. The bathroom was old. The pros were the 2 huge TVs, the suite was spacious and our marina view was nice. But the room seemed dark and musky. Also the stupid smoke alarm started chirping at like 4 in the morning. We had a great time at the Hyatt Regency! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Chris who waited on us at breakfast was so helpful and courteous!! Thanks and we look forward to our next visit!!
Beautiful property and convenient to all that San Diego has to offer.
We stayed here for one night for a weekend getaway. I basically gave a 2 because kids loved the pool area and the beds are comfortable but that’s it. Our room smelled so weird like a musty moldy smell, staff is very unhelpful and rude. For the price I’d rather stay at a different hotel.
