Not quite the Hyatt’s in Hawaii, but still very relaxing and pleasant place to “hang” for a few days.
The front desk team are so welcoming, they make you feel at home! Home away from home! Concierge is super helpful and Valet and bellman are friendly and quick! The Hyatt property feels like your on a tropical island with amazing views.
location setting beautiful. takes about 15mins by car to downtown. restaurant has very limited menu. which also sold out by c9.30pm of some dishes. no specific vegan options and only one vegetarian main course.
Helpful staff, but no amentities really comes with the all the extra surcharges. Expect an extra $100 a night plus $125 in incidentals charges. It’s a little over the top
We had our wedding reception here on March 24. Jay Shapiro was hardly responsive or supportive, so do not expect to get anything but the ballroom for what you pay. When we complained to the Hyatt, their "looking into the issue" resulted in them just asking Jay and giving us her untrue responses to the matter. Luckily, we have an awesome family and outside caterers who stepped in and assisted in making our day a special one!
Beautiful, helpful staff, plenty of towels and a lovely stay overall. We were very happy.
