Dirty dirty dirty.... Not enough lifeguards at pools for kids!!!

The room needs repairs,tile in the bathroom was falling off. There wasn't enough towels or blankets for a family suite. The mimi blinds had tape on them to hold a piece on. The room was over priced. There wasn't a lot of food options. I wouldn't stay there again. Glad I only stayed one night.
With the reservations system down and a crowd in the lobby, wow, staff was amazing and professional. We had a wonderful very large king room on the 10th floor of the tower with amazing views. Sitting on the deck all afternoon was really nice, only thing that would have made it better - not having the hundreds of very happy kids in the pool screaming their heads off like kids do. I had a terrible experience staying in Hyatt Regency San Diego Mission Bay last Thursday Aug 17 -18 !!! can't believe there were bed bugs crawling on my bed in room 1617. I am now safe back home but I'm still in shock what happened to me. Couldn't believe a brand like Hyatt has bed bugs !!!!! So frustrated that no hotel staff following up with me. Other than the view outside of the room, 1 of the worst places I've stayed. The fire pit, on a splintered deck, had to be manually turned on. Couple times had a fire ball fly by my face. The room had fingerprints on all the mirrors, glass doors and head board. Boogers on the wall and a previous guests seamen on the drain in the bathroom sink.
