We entered the hotel and reserved a room that is suite size before a week or two of our arrival at San Diego. When we entered the room to see how the quality is it was horrible we found only one room. Room was dirty, service was bad, Staff we're rude there we're a punch of animals in that department. I don't encourage anyone to go to this hotel except if you want to sleep at 1 or 2 AM outside. Be Batience before you go to this hotel.�

We decided to take a family trip to disney this past week. We drove from Laredo, Tx all the way to california. We had a 11 year old and 1 year old that just couldn't wait to get out of the car. We were in california for 5 days, and had been staying in affordable hotels. Our last day we decided to stay at a Hyatt resort in San Diego.
