Just got home to Illinois. My husband and I enjoyed the Hyatt. The grounds were beautiful. Food was pricey at hotel, headed to Front Street for our meals. Enjoyed our whole trip. Will be back next year for convention.
Paid for parking 18$ a night when lot fills up make you park in vallet and charge $28 a night what a racket. Don't even offer credit for the 18$ already paid. Nice resort but try to bleed you!!!!
The parking valet guys are big jerks. Avoid this place.
Our view from our room is amazing the sunset every night is beautiful.. The court yard is beautiful w all the animals we love it... Our room is clean and very big..... The pool is nothing short of amazing... The food is great.. We would definitely come back if we didn't live so far... Also BC it was our honeymoon they took care of valet parking...
My parents have been coming to this resort for the last 11 years. They've been bringing me here the last 3 years. We come every year the day after Christmas and stay 3 weeks. We love the Hyatt!! Great customer service everyone is so nice and friendly and ready to help anyway they can. The pool area is incredible and I love that it sits right on ocean. The room was nice, the pool was fabulous, the beach in front of the Hyatt was not nice but if you walk the board walk so many beaches to choose from. Will come back to Maui but going to stay at the Sheridan and give that a try. Stayed from Oct 17-Oct 24 2015 for our anniversary
We should have posted our review long before now. We had the BEST vacation ever at the Hyatt in Maui!!!! We enjoyed the pool, the luau, all of the beautiful gardens on the property, and the list goes on. The staff were very friendly and cleaning staff was great! Our room was oceanfront and the views daily were breathtaking. We enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast buffet daily and the food was always very fresh and good. Stayed here with my partner who was busy having meetings during the days with Maui Jim Sunglasses, I absolutely loved the hotel, the view, the staff, the weather, the food, everything was amazing! Highly recommend the hotel and I can't wait to come back next year!
What a gem! Could not have been more impressed with the service, facilities and food. An ocean view around every turn and one heck of a luau! Only wish the regency club sales people weren't so prominent...otherwise, paradise!
