Best pool on the island. Love the hotel restaurants. Housekeeping did s outstanding job. The front desk staff and concierge were exceptional. The only problem I encountered was that I was awakened by a phone call at six in the morning asking if I had ordered coffee
We came back for our second time last week and had another INCREDIBLE experience! The entire resort is breathtaking and every person we met was professional, friendly, and engaging. We especially loved our favorite bartender, Alona! What an incredible asset to an already wonderful place. Thank you again and we will be back!
This property is old, dated, dirty, and is infested with ants. We would never, ever stay here again.
Awesome....very beautiful beach that I ever seen...
We stayed September 14 through 21 and had an awesome experience. We had the pleasure of seeing the multiple birds and penguins that live at the hotel every day. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I especially liked the pool...with its waterfalls, grotto, kids area and bar service...it was the best on the hotel strip. The Drums of the Pacific Luau was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
OMG......we stayed here for three nights we absolutely loved it what an amazing place....beautiful gardens flamingos birds and cute penguins with awesome service great pools beautiful food and yummy cocktails.....the views from our room were amazing....would highly recommend the Hyatt
Love everything about this place. Everyone has the aloha spirit. Our room was perfect and had a great view. We listened to the waves all night long with the door open. We can't wait to go back.
