This hotel was a dream when we stayed here 26 years ago on our honeymoon. Sadly, it didn't match up to it's former grandeur when we stayed here last week. Mostly small things, but small things add up when you give your overall impression. Starting with the great things: location of course, can't beat the beautiful view and beaches. We are staying here presently and have had a beautiful stay so far! Beautiful scenery throughout the hotel. Gorgeous views and staff very pleasant.

We loved our experience at the Hyatt Maui!! The pools were amazing, perfect for us especially for our four year old son. The staff was great but a special shout out to Daniela Alcantara. She went over and beyond providing recommendations on places to see that we would enjoy as a family. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt to our friends and family.
This place stands out, location, facilities but above all the staff, service with a smile!
It was so wonderful! Hyatt had the best pools out of all the other resorts in the area and fantastic food at the restaurants!
My husband and I are currently staying here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Everyone we have encountered, from the pool desk, restaurants, front desk, etc. have been so nice and displayed wonderful customer service. We went to breakfast this morning and David even remembered our names - it is only our 2nd night here. It is the small things that are so appreciated. Loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. We were upgraded to an ocean front room and got free drink tickets as we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday. Great location and excellent customer service.
