We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency in Maui. Our room had a spectacular view, was much larger than we thought it would be and was very clean. The experience on the resort was perfect--we didn't have to go anywhere as it's pretty inclusive.
Friggin' amazing. From the service to the food. Cocktails to the scenery. Front desk to the spa. Absolute perfection for a stay and vaca!
I had an amazing birthday weekend here, the staff was friendly, the environment was relaxing, and the food was fantastic!! Can't wait to go back!!
We always love staying at the Hyatt. It really is the nicest hotel on the strip. The only downside is that is is the last one and farthest away from the Whaler's Village. If it were closer, it would be a perfect 5 stars.
Fantastic resort we will be back again loved it
Loved this place the first time we stayed however this time was awful. There was an ant infestation in our room. The girl at the front desk was not very eager to remedy the situation. They sent someone up to spray for the bugs but it didn't help. Finally agrees to switch our room. Took 40 min for the bell hop to help us with the luggage and let us in to our new room. This is not a 5 star resort like they claim to be.
My family, 2 older teenagers have stayed here 3 years now at Thanksgiving. We have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Nothing but positive things to say.
Hotel staff is fantastic. Special kudos to housekeeping - they are on a level of Four Seasons, not only anticipate your needs, but remembered your preferences and met them daily. All the other staff members were just as great. Hospitality was definitely their guiding light. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Expensive?? Not for what you get; then again, I am not aware of anywhere in Maui that is inexpensive if you appreciate the finer things in life. Mahalo Nui Loa,... read more
