We really enjoyed our seven night stay! Great, friendly staff. Beautiful birds throughout atrium. Loved watching the Penguins, Swans & Flamingos! Lovely place to stay.
This is my absolute favorite resort on the island. The perfect location, the super cool lobby, the stunning grounds... like a tropical park, the amenities, the wonderful pool, and great rooms and service....i can't imagine staying anywhere else.

The setting is awesome! Rooms are outdated. They nickel and dime you to death! Staff is friendly, still not sure if I would stay here again.
The ground is big and beautiful but the room is old and the washroom is small.
This was the best resort we have stayed in, staff was amazing. Spent every morning having coffee watching the sun come up with the Black Penguin's. was just as close to Heaven on Earth as it could be.
Beautiful resort...!!! We live on Maui and love taking weekend trips to the Hyatt... Anyone visiting Maui, the Hyatt is one of the top 3 resorts I recommend...
It's a beautiful location with great snorkeling within feet of the hotel. You can also catch a glimpse of a whale if you are there between ~ Nov.-April. One negative is there are sales people stationed all around the resort trying to get you to sign on for activities and a time share. It is a bit obnoxious. They also have terrible drinks, so even though we wanted to relax at our resort, we walked down to other restaurants to get a decent pina colada.
