Very nice hotel, but paying $75 plus tax and tip to rent a bed by the pool for day only to be told "sorry to bother you guys, but the beds are closed for the day" before 5:00pm, before sunset....the best view of the day!!? I would suggest allowing your guests to utilize the beds for the full day they paid for, which would mean until at least sunset!.This was very frustrating especially because we couldn't get a logical reason as to why the beds were closed so early.
Great hotel in the heart of Maui. Great amenities as well as beautiful walkable grounds. Totally enjoyed our stay.
I love this resort. We stayed here on our first visit and enjoyed it so I didn't look at anything else for our second visit.
The scrub was amazing made me smell like hawaii.the massage was beyond relaxing.....on top of it all the view was incredible. Staff was beyond attentive.....I will definitely be back�

Great hotel, beautiful views, staff is accommodating. Hotel is a little dated (rooms could use a revamp!) and there is no access to food after 11pm (no good if you are traveling and arrive in the wee hours of the morning). You need a snack bar near check-in and update your rooms for a 5 star rating! Loved the penguins, the pools, and the water bottles (water service). I recommend this hotel.
Beach full of coral...bring water shoes if you value your feet...older hotel...need reservations for an empty restaurant or wait for 2 hours and yes it was empty just got there when it opened...four staying in the room only enough towels glasses for two (2)...liked Honolulu Hyatt's so much better
