The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, and the view is outstanding. The hotel is very environmentally conscious, so they give you reusable water bottles for you to keep. The only issue I had, and it is a small one was that there was not enough light in the shower part of the bathroom. One small detail, and we don't live in the bathroom. The pools are fantastic with several waterfalls, and a swim up bar. An outstanding experience.

Great hotel!! We stayed for 5 nights. Room was beautiful with mountain view and partial ocean view. It is right on the beach. The pools are great. We definitly come back and highly recommend this hotel. The dinner in the Sonz was awesome.
Our suite is beautiful right above the swimming pool. Love the ocean breeze..service is fantastic. And tomorrow will be a great sunny day. Can't wait to jump in the ocean; ALOHA

This hotel is amazing.. customer service is the best..Has really nice stores inside..even has Macy's..The view from the restaurant we ate at is Beautiful..Good food.. wonderful stay overall
right on the water! rooms were great- bedding was great- Hyatt team members were great- and the grotto bar is the best one going! I also had a facial at the spa- one of the best I've ever had- even called to ask what the product was so I could try to find when I return to my home city- but its their secret- no sharing! guess we'll just have to go back!
We were at the Hyatt for 5 days! It was amazing! The pool was great for the kids, and I have teenagers! We loved the slide and basketball hoop! The beach was beautiful! Great rooms! Breakfast buffet was awesome too! Would definitely go back!!
