This is my 3rd time staying here & LOVE it more each time. Everyone is so friendly. When we arrived, we found out that wewere upgraded from Ocean view to Ocean front! We were so excited as we had looked into doing this but too expensive. Enjoy seeing the penguins everyday the parrots too. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey I think as all the prices for food is. Still definitely woukd recommend staying here.
We are staying in a two bedroom residency suit and it is absolutely lovely. It is a bit busy but the pools are wonderful and they are salt pools which is a plus. The ocean view is amazing and I have been very happy here so far. And I couldn't ask for anything better!
We're currently staying here. Not thrilled about it. The lobby is beautiful with it's flowers and birds and our ocean view is great. The people are more than friendly and helpful. But, it's over crowded! We've tried to make dinner reservations at one of their restaurants several times and they have no openings, they say they're under staffed. Loved the Drums of the Pacific Luau. The food was good, all the staff were courteous and kind. The Fire show was awesome !
Absolutely beautiful hotel! We have the deluxe ocean view room and the view of the ocean and the tropical 🌴 palms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, my husband and I both were given a beautiful fresh orchid lei. Oh my gosh, the fragrance is amazing!!!! The breakfast buffet is outstanding and did have smoked salmon. Our waitress surprised us with a beautiful cake plate for our anniversary. More updates to come, cause we are here for 10 nights!
