Stayed at this Outdated and extreamly overpriced hotel for a week, due to a conference we had there. For the money they charge, it should have at least a dissent service at the restaurants, which you had to wait forever to be served. This was by far not the best hotel we stayed at. Overall this was just ok!
The only place to stay in Maui! We received phenomenal service from the hotel staff at the front desk, the housekeeping personnel and pretty much everyone else we came into contact with who worked there. The room (for two people) was a good size and clean. There are plenty of restaurant options and a good selection of shops off of the main lobby. They also have penguins and swans! I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Maui.

It's a well developed resort. I love the structure. I don't feel like I'm enclosed in a big building. I had a brilliant ocean view on one end, and a spacious, opened atrium on the other. I would definitely come back to this place!!!!

I love how they pamper you all the time. Everyday they surprised me with either a shell necklace or a lace made out of real flowers.
The staff was amazing. They were always very friendly and helpful. The resort was very clean the faculties were incredible.
Hawaii was once a childhood dreams but now it's a reality. The Ocean, beaches, the land , the mountain the food, the people, the culture, shopping and more are simply the best. Love my stay at the resort. This what makes it memorable experiences
