This resort is awesome!!! We really enjoyed out time in Hawaii!
Nice room nice view,the people that make the place run...very friendly! BUT...... Hyatt has a time share next door and posted strategically throughout the complex,by pool,in the hallways on the way to pools, leaving the complex on foot via the beach,guess what you have to pass.... yep,pushing the time share! I did not go on vacation to constantly be hounded by sales people! I want to get ahold corporate office to see if maybe they might go about selling their timeshare another way! We love staying at this resort. It is our 7th stay here. The grounds, pool, and restaurants are outstanding!!! As the other reviews stated the rooms needed updated and the bathrooms are small but that really shouldn't matter because who wants to stay in the room?!!??! Too much to do and see! The rooms are to slept in not to hang out in. The staff is friendly and always makes sure you are well taken care of. We will never stay anywhere else! Btw....the pillows are awesome!
We are here on vacation and the resort is beautiful. Every picture I've taken looks like a post card. The food at the resort is excellent. The staff are friendly. There are plenty of wonderful shops right on site. There is a beautiful walking path right along the beach that takes you to a shopping plaza with more great stores and restaurants. No complaints so far!
Nice place. Enjoy our stay. But rooms not sound proof. Need abit of upgrading especially for the toilet. Overall still fantastic. 👍🏻
Greeted with a lei on checkin. First resort we stayed at that greeted us like we were in Hawaii! ( stayed at two other competitors that started with H) Beautiful views from everywhere within the resort. The grounds are well kept with paths all throughout. Beach is very nice with sandy bottom entry into the water. All the staff could not be nicer. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Incredible resort! From the check in, service by the pool and wonderful care of the grounds this place gets how to deliver a first class product. Come on who else has penguins in the lobby? Lol. Stay here with confidence we will be back!!
Very nice hotel, views, food, staff, etc. Would be almost a 5 star if during our ten day stay they didn't close down the pool area early several times for private events and played some pretty lousy music very very loud late into the night. Can't sit an converse at the bar or lobby area with such loud crap playing. My suggestion is pick one of the other very nice places just down the shore as this apparently happens here very often.
Amazing staff, views and over all wonderful place to stay! Our kids had so much fun at all the activities offered to them over the week we were there. Thank you for making our trip to Maui amazing!
