This past week has been absolutely amazing. Kudos to the check- in crew, valet crew, Regency club crew and finally housekeeping. Enjoyed our stay and will return.
Too much marketing to sell you their timeshare properties. Around every corner, someone is pressing you like a used car salesman...calm down, we already paid alot of money just to be here and enjoy it peacefully. It's overwhelming...

All right experience in Maui all throughout the island was wonderful we loved it and we love the Hyatt but the service staff is wonderful but the management is not and that was our opinion and what happened to us was was not a good experience but nonetheless we're glad you had a good time we had a good time we ended up at the Kahanapoly right below it and loved it we all had great experience with the staff and the manager �
My husband and I were fortunate to stay here for our honeymoon recently! We loved it, I thought the grounds were by far better than the surrounding resorts and the food prices are what to be expected. If anything, like others have said the rooms are a bit outdated. If they upgraded the beds/sheets and bathroom area it would be perfect!! Hope to come back here for our 10th Anniversary :)
We really enjoyed our honeymoon at the Hyatt Regency Maui, but there are just a few things that weren't quite up to par. The grounds are beautiful and the crew takes really good care of the resort. The rooms however, are dated as far as decor goes. The bed was just okay and the sheets were nowhere near the cliche comfy hotel sheets we were hoping for. My husband & I just loved everything about Hyatt Recency. It's beautiful, clean, most of all the service was excellent! We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The awesome view from our room was great., Thank you Hyatt Regency for a lovely stay.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I did all my shopping here too. Great ocean view room.
Over priced and or quality food and drinks, also charged 18% service charge although only 4 on our bill as had to share a table with others. Won't be back
