Second time staying at the resort. It is very nice however rooms need updating. It seems to be very kid friendly as well. Resort fees and parking fees are ridiculous though.
Room not as expected for money spent and no accessible restroom to restaurant !!! And tooo much noise from residence club next door !!!! Not guests but help !!!!!
Staying here now to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. We also stayed here on oit honeymoon. This is a fantastic Resort and our kids are having a blast. Absolutely love this place. The staff and management are top noth and have made this stay so very memorable. Can't wait to return again in the future. The grounds are magnificent and the experience one to last a lifetime!
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency on both June 2nd and June 8th and was incredibly happy with the resort and the service. Kim, who checked us in both nights was incredibly kind and despite a hiccup on our travel agencies part got it sorted right away and upgraded us to a room with an ocean view. If I come back to Maui I will for certain stay here.
Been coming here for 21 years. The hotel has become a bit dated and needs touching up everywhere. Pool area is really nice and service is good. Restaurants are ok....the Swan Court for breakfast buffet is the best! They need a bar closer to lobby for people who want to grab a quick drink while waiting to go out or otherwise. Probably stay somewhere else next visit unless they renovate.
It's absolutely gorgeous here! Staying for 6 nights with an ocean/pool view, great for all ages & totally worth the price!! Also, love the discounted prices for certain things for staying! If seeking a Luau, it's right at the hotel plus with going to the Luau you get discounts at restaurants.. What more could you want?!!?! Highly recommend booking your stay at the Hyatt!!!
Great food, service and the staff is great. The sushi restaurant is good; for prime service check out the steak house.
We loved staying at the Hyatt! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and had a good view of the ocean and mountain. The bar, pool and beach access was perfect. We highly recommend staying here!
I have travelled the world and never had i had the longest checkin ever. 45min with a baby after a 15 hour flight and the room not even ready. !! Then when they sms me indicating the room was ready i had to wait another half hour.
