We just went to see the luau at this hotel and it was fantastic all around. The food was excellent and the entertainment was amazing. Highly recommend this event if you are staying in or around the area.

Got Stay at the Hyatt Regency back in mid may of this year. Such a great place and great service. Jason the Valet attendee was very helpful, as well as Jason the cabana attendee. The employees of Hyatt really care about people and costumer service. You can't go wrong if your staying at the Hyatt Regency. Thank you all again for the wonderful time.

Great food, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff. I know! I'm airline crew and I stay at good hotels all over the world. Wonderful people like Karen in the Hyatt fitness centre and Nesi, Michelle and Candace at Ūmalu poolside bar and restaurant will make your stay delightful.
Other than the exquisite view from our room nothing to rave about. Charge $30 daily resort fee PLUS $20 per day parking. (Btw need a tram to get to parking lot). Rooms old, elevators slow, valet takes 15-20 minutes to retrieve car. All tolerable (but why @ the cost) except unless you were up at 8:00am to put a yellow towel on a chair, there is no chance of using the pool. All restaurants and pool are 2 flights of stairs down from lobby. No ramp or elevator access. Hard for someone who had recent knee surgery.
