We've been coming to Hyatt Regency Bellevue for a few(7?) years now. I've visited both for business and pleasure and the hotel staff have always provided me for more than I can ask for. We have visited many hotels around the world and this hotel rank right at the top not just for its facilities but more so for its staff. We've known Mervat from the Regency club for many years and she treated us like family. Excellent customer service and the food doesn't reek of "hotel" food. I stayed here by myself w a baby and they preplaced a crib and baby toiletries in the room including a rubber duckie - so thoughtful! When my son got congested, they brought me a humidifier for my room. So nice here!
