What a treat! We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency last night and loved everything about it. Immaculate property, delightful staff and the room was incredible. Breakfast at Eques was exceptional as well. An all around perfect experience! THANK YOU!

The level of customer service with the hotel and the staff is incredible. During our stay we had a sudden family emergency in the area. Not only were they beyond helpfull in every possible way. But, over the course of two days every shift we delt with from valet to the counter to housekeeping they were compassionate. In my 30 years on Earth I have never seen such a dedicated staff. Thank you all. Highly recommended.
