Generally speaking the lobby, hall and reception look great, but the rooms at least mine is very old style and very old furniture ! A bit disappointed for this kind of hotel. It doesn't worth the money paid for it. special good point for the guy at the reception for my check in, he was really nice !
I had a great stay at the hotel for the second time! I love this city and the stay at this hotel makes it even better. Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
Service is amazing and the staff are very professional. Ryan Frost is amazing, he really takes time to make sure the guests are happy.
Greenpoint has their annual holiday party here every year and we always have a great time. The beds are a little hard for my taste but my husband loves them! Overall I enjoy our stay each year and they do a great job with the party!
