Very expensive for what you get. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. Overall, would not stay here again.
The staff always does such a great job at getting us settled in. From the valet attendants, front desk associates, to the maids. We also love the service the regency suite provides. It's why my husband and I return every year. We stay at this hotel once a year while celebrating my birthday and look forward to the hospitality. The only issue I have are with the Oh So Uncomfortable pillows on the beds. There are 5 to choose from. They are too thick and too hard. Even the feather pillows are too thick. Stayed at the hotel for two weeks. I am super happy with the service, my room was cleaned every day. Nice and quiet in the evenings and I had a lovely view over looking the lake and the mountains. Every morning I looked out the window while having my morning coffee. Absolutely beautiful scenery.
Great space for meetings and events. Good food, good service, helpful staff.
I didn't stay there was just there for a work event. The lobby was a nice area and the room we had our event was beautiful.
