Had a fabulous time at the Hyatt while attending the Supernatural Convention. The valet department was amazing!! Back and forth delivering our stuff to our car and never once complained! Pure hospitality! Thank you to all the guys in valet!! 💕
The staff were very friendly. The hotel was beautiful. The room was nice. Just a normal king room. We gave it 3 stars for a few reasons: For the price we paid we should not be able to hear someone above us taking a shower. We should also not be able to hear our neighbors next door having a conversation. They weren't being loud at all. It's just that the walls are thin. Finally, the breakfast room service prices were outrageous. You'll be better off walking to Wendy's next door to get breakfast.

Friendly staff, prompt service when needed, concerns addressed and answered quickly. A+ stay and comfort.
I always come away from the Hyatt feeling like their staff gave me the best service possible. 5 star hotel chain but reasonably priced. This is true for all the properties I have stayed at.
