They hosted and invited in cows. And there wasn't a sad dairy farmer there. The cows were treated like royalty. This place is awesome!
Friendly & accommodating front desk staff, bubbly offered @the reception when I arrived late afternoon. Very comfortable bedding & convenient downtown location. Quick & easy check out via mobile phone!
Friendly staff, nice building, good rooms but the problem is the noise. There is a giant turbine outside (air conditioning ?) blowing air on a 24/7 basis. I was on the 9th floor with the impression of being in a flying aircraft. Inacceptable for an hotel with this standing.

Ruthy in check out is amazing. We stayed there for my son's birthday. I told her what we were doing. After we checked in she had a card and chocolates delivered to the room for him. Jessica in customer service is also amazing. I asked if we could possibly do early check in so I could put my son's bike that we bought him in the room. I asked for 1 she had texted me that morning at 1030 saying the room is ready. The room was clean, comfy, and just what we wanted. My son and his friend enjoyed the pool.
