Great Hotel with awesome staff. Fan see Mount Rainer right out my 11th story room on my left and Lake Washington to my right.

One of favourite get aways from Vancouver, this is the best hotel in Bellevue. Hotel staff are always fabulous especially Marvat at the Regency Club. She amazing, always a treat to visit:) My kids love the pool & gym and I enjoying escaping to the wonderful Bellevue Square right across the street. Park the car free on weekends and walk to everything, fabulous restaurants all just minutes away.

Rude front desk service. Was totally ignored by a white guy at front desk. Was told to get a Canadian package but did not get it. Location is alright but hotel room is old
Love the Bellevue Hyatt Regency! The customer service is excellent & a welcome when other businesses do not get it. Thank you Jesse for giving us the room we needed with our grandson. Thank you Larry for unloading our car & making sure "Mr. Bear" had a nice ride up to our room. Thanks Gloria for bringing up the extra towels & the baby shampoo, lotion & the cute duck so our grandson (age 3) could have a wonderful bath. If you want to be treated like a king & queen stay here! You won't be disappointed!

Really hard to get a hold of anyone when there is a possible problem you need taken care of.
