Very disappointed. Front desk nice and courteous. Bar tender was good. Food barely passed. Food service very poor and slow. Took forever to get a coffee refill.

Nicer room then our usual stays here but only due to being a suite. Coffee shop staff need some customer service training and heat needs to be turned on in the lobby and rotunda.
