Very nice hotel with full details
Nice hotel but it would be most appreciated if the instructions for accessing the Internet were more accurate. It's kind of obvious you want people to pay even when they have a code for complimentary access... because you don't say the code is a 'VIP' code when you check in, but when you try to connect it encourages you to pay if you don't have a 'VIP' code. Most people aren't going to think the code is a VIP code if it's not labeled a VIP code. I wonder how many people with 'complimentary' Internet end up paying???
