RecommendedFor service, go see Kevin....... Went out of his way to replace a part at no cost!
RecommendedGreat deals. Went to 5 other dealerships and none of them could come close to the deal I got. Highly recommend!
We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase our car. Michael Goff was amazing through the entire process! We were pleased with the amount of staff who were willing to help when we first arrived! Thanks again!
Business response:
Shanelle- We are thrilled to hear you had such a pleasant car buying experience and hope you return soon! Sincerely, General Manager Omar Z. 714-842-6611
Took forever to get a oil change and the service person was so unorganized. I had a coupon that he didn't apply.
RecommendedJust picked up another Fusion Energy!!! A. J. Slaton is the man to see! He is very knowledgeable on the different models and I highly recommend his expertise! Huntington Beach Ford has a great team!! Max Babaie was professional as well., it hardly took any time to fill out the finance paper work!
They refused to even give me pricing on two trucks we were interested in. Very rude. I do not recommend.
I was emailing Jordan from internet sales for about a week and finally went in. I was very interested in getting out of my crappy lease on another car and into a GT Mustang that I've always regretted trading in for a mom car. Romano and Steve helped me find just the right car, with the right price. Thanks! I'll be back for my next GT.
Business response:
Nicole- I am very happy to hear you had such a pleasant car buying experience with the help of Romano and Steve. I would like to congratulate your on our new GT and hope you return and allow us to serve you again in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
