1 Star is way too many for this ford dealership. I won't throw ford under the bus completely as a company because I had better success with another dealership; however, please save yourself months of time and headache and go some place else other than HUNTINGTON BEACH FORD. Long story short I broke down 2500 miles from home in a certified used truck I bought three weeks prior and Huntington Beach ford tech "Gabriel" could not have been any worse. Horrible place. Went in there to look at trucks and possible future options. Had a truck in mind with payments I could afford. I leased a truck there 2 years ago and was treated very poorly. Didn’t want to honor a national Ford deal. A friend of mine went there a few weeks ago and had the same experience!
Treat customers fairly and with respect. Hire sales closers who are honest and can do math in front of the customer.
RecommendedAlex and AJ are hands down the best guys you can deal with if you’re looking for a great car shopping experience! I’ve been coming to HB Ford for almost 10 years and each one of my experiences here get better and better. They’re super nice guys and the main thing that keeps me coming here is they’re HONEST guys! These guys go through hurdles to try and meet my budget and get me into the vehicle I want! I just got into a 2019 Ford F-150 and I couldn’t be happier! I refer friends and family to these guys any chance I get and e... read more
