I just purchased a car there last week anf my experience couldn't have been easier, they had the car I want it, they made me the deal I want it, and I walked out of there a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back to buy my next vehicle there.

We sincerely appreciate this spectacular 5-star rating! Feel free to visit again anytime.
Everyone that helped us, Dan, Will, finance and even insurance as well as the manager were excellent! I felt very welcomed and that the employees were there to assist me and not the other way around. I did not feel pestered or pressured at all and that made me eager to return.
Business response:
Thank you, Michelle, for taking the time to leave this great review. We're happy to hear you had such a great experience with us. We look forward to seeing you again. Happy driving!
So Ben was awesome, too bad Raul jumped it and ruined the potential sale for Ben :(
I was able to get my wife her dream car, a new Ford Flex here. I work at a car dealership so I know all the ways to get the best deal. I called every Ford dealership from Long Beach to San Juan Capistrano, and not one single dealership would do the deal that Lennon and Tim gave me right up front with no hassle. If you're looking for a Ford, this is the place to go. Call and ask for Lennon!
Still here. Just a routine oil change and checking the tire pressure. Got here at 830a. Not once since I've been here did the service guy come check on me or tell me the status of my car. My car was scheduled to go up the rack at 1130a and they skipped over my car. They didn't have the paperwork!! I went looking for the service guy, told him I've been here for four hours. Tells me, "No you havent. You're not the only one here. There are other customers too." Seriously? I'm so f**king frustrated! I wanna cry! #badcustomerserv... read more
RecommendedVery nice and kind people I Loved it my salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and honest person also everyone there was very nice and helpful make my experience buying a car a pleasure.
I brought my car in for and oil change and maintenance. I had scheduled an appointment. Waited ten minutes for somebody to do paperwork. The service department never called me when it was done. I had to call them, but they kept transferring me to a robo-line to leave a message. I had to make multiple calls to make them stop transferring me, and finally, a female answers and tells me my car is done. I wanted to pick the car up right away, because I work the next day, but she said I can't. What's up with this place? It's gotte... read more
Been waiting over a hour just for a guy to print some papers and walk them over. Had nothing but problems after bringing my car here. Will never return. Bad move to treat young people so bad. Won't be buying a ford again nor will my family or any of my kids.
