Jordan Hunt and his boss Roz were incredibly easy to deal with. Great overall experience with two extremely knowledgeable staff members. Jordan was quick to reply to ALL of our emails, answering any and all questions we had throughout the process. Most importantly, we found a truck that checked all of the boxes, tough not to with their inventory! Roz came in to close our deal and met our process point with little to no negotiation! I have purchased the Ford Transit 250 on February 23 from Huntington Beach Ford, and I was told that vehicle will be delivered between March1st and March 7. I paid $5000.00 down payment and got finessing. Today is March 10th and I didn't get possession of the Van. Went in yesterday just to look at a few cars, and left a very happy person with a new car! The group here is very helpful, they don't pressure you into anything, and they genuinely care about their customers/clients. Craig was more than personable and helpful in assisting me in looking for the right car. Great place to do some car shopping!

This is only for the service department. But if service after the sale is important to you then this applies to you too. I brought in my vehicle for routine maintenance and and they short cut routine inspection items. I was also charged for 8.3 hours labor for an oil change and tire rotation service? Not again.

I am going on a trip and wanted to make sure my car was in good working order. I was the second person there to do PM. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent customer service! Not a trustworthy dealership, they will mislead you and then blame you for their lack of communication. I had a check in hand to purchase a car they told me was available, after we had already agreed upon everything and I was bringing the check to them, they sold the car without even telling me. When I called to speak to a manager to find out why they sold my car, the manager yelled at me and then hung up on me. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership they will make promises and then pull shady things.
