Where to begin- initially we had contacted the dealership in the morning on the day before thanksgiving stating that we would like to test drive a car from their website and could come by in the afternoon. We got there a couple hours later and then had to wait 30 minutes for them to even find the car in the lot. Despite the fact we told them we were coming. Not a big deal...then after purchasing said car we wait for it to be detailed and then get told we have to bring it back in a few days for another detail. Very inconvenie... read more
Customer service is crap. We were standing in the parts department for about 5 minutes just looking at people staring at screens with blank pages. When finally approached and asked if we needed help, it only got worse because the dude working there that was helping us was not nice at all. No smiles, no explanation of what he is doing on his computer, rudely told us we needed a vin number, and overall seemed like he didn’t like his job. Sad to see such an old guy at a job he seemingly hates. Didn’t get his name, but he had a ... read more
RecommendedI think this is your average dealership and a decent place to buy a car. You still need to be on your toes and pay attention to what you’re buying. Their goal is after all to sell cars and make a profit. They’re still just as likely to pull a fast one on you if you’re not paying attention.

RecommendedMy 2016 Ford Fusion lease was coming to an end and Fleet Manager John Morgan contacted me to offer his help in returning the 2016 Ford Fusion and to explain my options at lease end. I was so pleased working with John when I leased my 2016 Ford Fusion and was very happy that I was going to work with him on my new lease. John is very attentive and very patient. He worked diligently to find the right vehicle for me and to get me the best deal Huntington Beach Ford had to offer. I am now the proud owner of a leased 2018 Ford Fus... read more
Have gone here since I owned a Ford. Just recently went in to get a new Fusion and Robert and Alex helped me from start to finish. Very informative and quick (I know how long dealerships can take) they worked out a deal for a new 2018 fusion for me and I was on my way. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to get into a Ford go in and ask for them. Thanks again guys
Had to get an oil change, was third in line, they were very courteous. I was in and out within an hour! Best experience.
Sales people were disrespectful, over price the car to catch a sucker. They don't treat you like human. To them your just a deal. Don't buy here.
