DONT BUY HERE. Not only have they FORGED documents they also lied about our finance options. We were approved through our credit union and they lied and said we had to purchase through Ford motor credit when in fact they went with a different bank all together to screw us on our rate. on top of that they lied and said we couldn't trade in for a new lease and we had to buy out our lease first. and only from them. I would not recommend this dealership. I went in on 7/14 to buy out my lease. William Canty pulled out the 4 squares with a buyout price of $19,400 and $389/month. He told me it was a 60 month loan. I agreed and we moved into the finance office with Max. He rushed through the process and after signing everything, Max tells me that I get an extended warranty and maintenance plan with the car, making it sound free. we bought a Ford Fusion from you and it has had problems since we've had it it's had at least five recalls on it and everytime we bring it any for service everyone in the service department is rude and acts like we're bothering them, we had a rental car for 4 months while they were replacing the airbag even when we bring it in for oil change or small work everyone is RUDE, We took it in today as we have a leak in one of the very expensive tires we bought there and were told we have to leave the car for awhile, just for a lea... read more

RecommendedI have bought and edge and explorer there and had nothing but a great experience both times. One was a purchase and the other was a lease. I will probably be back for another explorer once my current lease is up. in a year =)
