I broke my glasses and as my daughter is getting married this coming weekend and I go off on holiday a few days later, I popped in this afternoon begging to see if they could help me out. The staff were great and kindly squeezed me in for an eye test. I chose my frames and they will be ready for Friday so I don't have to squint through my father of the bride speech on Saturday. You are all amazing and I can't thank you enough. .Jim
Fantastic service. I called with an eye irritation and they managed to find me an appointment within 1/2 hour. 1 minute wait in the waiting room then straight in to see the optician. She found and removed a tiny object less than 1mm. I couldn't even see it on the swab with the naked eye. All good and pain free now.
Fabulous customer service from the optician who tested my eyes, to the lovely ladies who helped me choose my glasses. All covid measures in place and felt as safe as I could be. Superb value for money.
