The maintenance staff is non existent at the property I live, which is in *********** *******. I have made multiple requests and most have been ignored and told that it is simply because the apartment is "old". Additionally the laundry machines have been out of service and a construction project next to the building has been creating both noise and reducing the parking available at the apartment. This place is a scam, my husband and I moved here in December. We werent allowed to see the unit until the day we moved in. The apartment was dirty also bad renovation, we discovered a leak in our dining room and were told it was just wet from carpet cleaning. That was a lie because the next day the carpet was soaked in that corner. They had maintenance come and we were told they would fix it, but they never came. Do not move at the Hampton apartments they are horrible the people that work for greystar are very mean they don't care about the residents we spent $1,800 for one bedroom apartment they don't do nothing for us don't clean the snow they piled all the snow in my parking handicap they don't care I want to move out of here we are signing a petition against Hampton apartments in greystar we are building a case against them and we are going to go to court and we're going to file a settlement against them for damages we have a law... read more

Do NOT be fooled by the smiles and good cheer when being shown around. Once you sign the rental agreement, you've just signed a deal with the Devil. Greystar is horrible, with a national reputation as a bad landlord. They are disingenuous, outright dishonest. They get away with it because they know most tenants lack the resources, time, courage to fight their relentless chipping away of tenant rights. Are there satisfied Greystar tenants? Of course, but much in the same way there are satisfied *********** customers...as ****... read more

We found mold in the bathroom they did a cheap deglaze and told us it wasnt mold we complained when the glaze job has started to peel and bought a do it yourself mold kit to prove it was mold and were told it was our fault for using a bathmat. They raised our lease more than the state maximum allowance and after threat of lawyer were told since we were such good tenets they reconsidered and only raise dot the maximum. From over 30-years in houses, I moved into ***********************, a Greystone property, after my divorce. I was planning to build on my Canyon Lake property. The experience at ****** was so enjoyable with excellent facilities and elite management, ***********************, I decided to stay. ****** was promoted and moved to another property.The replacement management team was a different story. For a rent of 2000+ a month you would expect for the basic necessities to be available.
