I moved out of the property called Generations ******* managed by Greystar Property a year ago and I still have not received a balanced owed to me. I moved from this place last year and Greystar (having just purchased the place) is one of those parasitic evil companies that prey on the poor and less fortunate. I was retaliated against and given a notice to vacate, due to a situation with the lady in the front office named ******. The situation had nothing to do with her initially. Her daughter caused damages to my vehicle, i was so kind an willing to work with her, instead of doing what is right I received a knock at my door with a notice to vacate. This is regarding my security deposit for the Brio apartment in Glendale, CA. The apartment office emailed me about my deposit refund and deducted $3,685 out of the total $3,900 including $3,150 insufficient notice fee. I have multiple forms of proof of my notifying the apartment at least 2 months ahead of time including: 2 emails to Joseph Queuedo with him confirming that he would reflect this on the record, also 3 in person office visits talking to the office people, and we submitted move out notification on the Brio apart... read more
I cannot understand how a brand new apartment complex would hire incompetent people to work there. WARNING: I never signed a lease and was charged a $150 admin fee just for applying!!! Scammers. I've applied to many rental properties in the past and have never been charged to hold an apartment after simply applying for it. I strongly advise anyone to not even apply. Hold on to your money and apply with a company that truly understands property management.
Having lived in apartment onsite the past 5 years I just moved out. The complex has has been continuously deteriorating the past 2 years. Pools green and closed - all 3 this year 2022. Back phase large pool green and closed throughout 2021 with exception 1 weekend. My water was turned off numerous times 2021 and 2022 due to boiler issues that remain unrepaired and no hot water even many more times than no water. Absolutely terrible management. I used to live at Broadstone Grand apartments, which is now known as The Aubrey. When I lived there, the property management was great - but now the new management is terrible and unprofessional. Upon my move out in Sept 2021, I never received any certified mail regarding move out charges or an itemized deductions list. Greystar uses Fetch as a middleman delivery service. Meaning, ALL packages you want shipped to your residence will have to go to this random warehouse first. Fetch monopolized the delivery service industry and Greystar gets a cut of their profits by using them all at the expense of the resident. If someone tries to send you a surprise package to your doorstep, sorry you'll likely never see that package because Greystar enforces the use of the 3rd party address.
