I love the service provided at this clinic. They are very thorough and kind in their process from checking in to seeing the medical professionals. I will continue to rely on them for my health needs.

I was given the wrong address and had to drive to the correct address. Arrived 5 minutes past the grace period and was turned away by the receptionist. There were no other patients waiting to be seen. Couldn't find a place to park had to run over there. Coughing my head off and still couldn't be seen all because I was given the wrong address. My paperwork had already been completed and co-payment was accepted online and was still turned away due to 5 minutes.

I had a great experience with this location. I booked my appointment late one night and I knew because I was in so much pain I made some typos. So I arrived an hour early before my appointment time because I didn’t know how this clinic was ran and I wanted to make corrections before my appointment time. The receptionist named Lucky was very helpful, friendly and made the corrections for me. She explained to me about the MyChart and how it works which was helpful. Receptionist was nice but doctor was absolutely horrible (Alicia Brown). She stormed in and out the room, seemed very flustered, mixed up paperwork(to where I had to make sure my personal details weren’t given to the wrong person) and the doctor was overall very rude.
