We have stayed in many high end hotel rooms, but ZaZa was by far the best experience we have ever had! From the amazing suite to the great time at the Dragonfly for a group of seven. Everything was top notch. We will be back!
the best! – Service was great. From check in to dining and room service items. We live in Dallas and just stayed a night for my wife's birthday. We had a fantastic time and will certainly return.
very comfortable – The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. I will be back when I come back into town.
home away from home – I had a wonderful time this weekend. I wish I could stay there more often! I live in Dallas, but it is a nice place to get away in town. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you!
Great time – This has been my 5th time here and they are always very smooth and professional at check-in and the staff is always ready. The valets always greet me by name and a handshake which is pretty nice. I always enjoy the hospitality here.
Disappointing – While I don't think this is the worst spa in Dallas, it is far from good. Let me start off by saying this, my facial was great. The woman who did it (I forget her name) did a great job, did not talk the whole time or try to force products down my throat. I have no complaints about her, but instead with the spa itself. Parents Anniversary – Matt, Scott, & Tyler were exceptional as was your Dragonfly staff and management. Hats off to all!! Each of you made my parents 40th year anniversary one to remember. They really enjoyed it and it made them very happy, thanks again and keep up the great work.
Pictures – There was a larger guy who wore a white shirt and had longer hair tied back in a ponytail (worked by the pool/ Sunday brunch) who was so nice and agreed to take several pictures of us both Friday and Saturday. I'm sure they get that a lot but the enthusiasm was appreciated
Professionalism – The professionalism of greeting people was the best I have every experienced. For a fancy place like this even a man in a cowboy hat was treated like he grew up in the area. Also, it was much more peaceful and quiet than my wife and I expected considering the abundance of youth downstairs. Looking forward to staying again.
