Great Girls Night Out @ Hotel ZaZa – I really appreciated the wine and champagne upon arrival, that totally made our night! The drink/app tickets were wonderful and would love to see more of that! We will definitely think of Hotel Zaza the next time I plan another girls night out..
great stay – All I have to say is WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Every request for assistance was met with efficiency and tremendous friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better environment from which to conduct business, especially when such a long way from home. In addition the concierge and front desk staff were all exceptional.
we enjoyed our stay – Your staff is a breath of fresh air. Everyone went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed. Simply put, it was an upscale stay with Texas size hospitality.
Hotel Zaza! The valet guys were outstanding! Front desk guy at check in was very accommodating. Room service delivery was extremely fast and the food was very very good.
Getaway – We've stayed at the W, the Joule and now Hotel Zaza. Each has it's strengths, but overall we enjoy the experience at Hotel Zaza the best. It will be our first choice for when we want to spend a nice week or weekend getaway together in the future.
best – My overall experience here was exceptional! I LOVE the decor and the attention to detail! As an interior designer, I was simply marveled by the details and thought put into every little thing. That made my stay here very exciting and unique. Jason the valet guy he was so friendly and very helpful!!
great hotel – My husband and I spend a lot of time in Dallas every year. We have the opportunity to stay anywhere we want to. We choose Hotel ZaZa because it has always been an exceptional place to stay. The hotel staff has always been super great and nice to us. We will continue to stay here at Hotel ZaZa as long as we continue to receive the service we have always experienced here in the past.
Best Hotel in Dallas by far – I loved my nights here at Hotel ZaZa it was a real wonderful time. Riley one of the staff members was so nice and did everything to make us happy. If I were to come back to Dallas I will for sure be picking Hotel ZaZa as my first choice.When we arrived they were all so nice and gave us great service. Their Dragonfly dinning room is beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Dallas.
Best time here ever! – I came here to Dallas from out of state for my husband and I's anniversary. We picked Hotel ZaZa off the great reviews. The staff from check in to departure were great. I was given a weekend rate which lower the cost of my stay. We were driven to dinner and picked up, and when we came back from our dinner date I had no idea my husband had asked the staff to do a special chore for him.
