Awesome! – I am so glad I chose this hotel to stay in while in Dallas! I was not expecting the level of hospitality I received! They made sure to greet me every morning and were more than helpful suggesting things to do! I will stay here when I come back to Dallas next year!!
Lovely – This hotel is lovely and we will always stay here when in town if not staying with friends.
Appreciate – We appreciated the bubby (and lit candle) sent for our anniversary very much. Nice touch. Great place. fun and luxurious
Attentive and Patient – I wanted to give a special Shout Out to Rick (from desk) for being so attentive and patient with my questions regarding my reservations. He saw to it for me to be completely satisfied. Michael B. was the manager on duty that evening and he was a complete gem! There is no wonder I choose this hotel EVERY YEAR to spend my birthday!!!!
Time of their lives! – It was the king Tut package for my parents Christmas!—they had the time of their lives! The concierge was the greatest at check in ( Hisp.Dark complexion male)!!I would like to thank him for helping making this the trip of a lifetime for my parents THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
Will Come Back – I love this hotel, I look forward to coming back every year. I am hoping to spend a lot more time in the coming year now that my national airline just announced they will be flying direct next year.
More than Worthy – I stayed here with a boyfriend YEARS ago and went back recently and it was still just as enchanting. The lobby, restaurants, and bars are worthy of more than 5 stars!
Simply over the top, it was my daughters 21st birthday and we had 7 guests staying at ZaZa.The experience was exceptional! Thank you to each and everyone we encountered.
Will come again! – Excellent and outstanding staff. I really enjoyed my stay here, It was a friends birthday and we had over 8 people in our group. Thank you to everyone who made it a great stay!
