Room service , housekeeping and valet staff seem to go above and beyond to make your stay extra nice!

Dinner in Dragonfly was wonderful and Raymond, our waiter, was helpful with recommendations and just a very nice guy!

Three of us were in the group and we stayed in the Escape Suite and plan on staying there time we go to Dallas. The location of the hotel was in perfect walking distance of restaurants and nightlife and the shuttle service to the market place was on time and very friendly. You have a beautiful hotel and have won our business in the future.
I love your hotel and the fun things going on. I was upgraded to a themed suite and loved it. I always stay at Zaza when in Dallas. I will be back next week.
Spencer in Monarch was very personal talking to all the guests and still worked hard helping the rest of his staff. He also gave us a coupon for free breakfast because it was my wife's birthday.
