Our stay at Hotel ZaZa was absolutely amazing! Everything from our first impression with the valet to the magnificent ZaZa suite to the front desk staff surpassed our expectations! Thank you for making our 7th anniversary unforgettable! We will definitely be back!
We are from Dallas, but life got a little too real for us a few weeks ago. So, we decided to escape from reality for a night and stayed with you guys. As I expected, the experience was just what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and ensured that a personal connection was made with us and our dog! It was great to hear the valet staff call our dog's name after only meeting him once!
You exceeded all of our expectations. We've stayed at 5 star hotels and non were as enjoyable or worth the value as Zaza.
The food at Dragonfly is exceptional. Very pleased with the staff and hotel in general. Valet was excellent.
I would like to say that the young man named David at the front desk was also very professional and took care of us graciously. We had a wonderful stay and will look forward to coming again.
Alex the manager of Urban Oasis went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made the stay exceptional.
Great experience for our 20th wedding anniversary. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and the quirky art deco motif was fun to look at and added just the right touch.
I have stayed at ZaZa many, many times and I have to say the cleanliness, front desk staff, and valet service was above and beyond all of my former visits. Whatever you're doing, keep it up! Thanks so much.
