We just checked in for one night, as we had a (Coldplay) concert to go to at the AA Center (about a 15 min walk, by the way). We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the Rock Star Suite, which was huge. It was almost a shame we were barely there, but even so, it was crazy hip, with loads of cool photos on the walls, over-the-top furnishings and the best hotel shower we've experienced in years. First time meeting new valet staff. Keith does a fantastic job with them. Scott is always so helpful with whatever I need. I truly appreciate all of your staff. Their service is always exceptional.

All our expectations were exceeded. Room service was over the top. Great service and great food. We stayed for our 9th anniversary. The staff made our stay special from the moment we arrived. The hotel was beautiful and our room and views were perfect. Our dining experience will be remembered forever.

good job – If in Dallas this is the place to stay. I have stayed at Zaza several times and am always very happy with the hotel and staff.

Quickness – Everyone was great. Even when I had an a/c problem, the front desk got the engineer in minutes who fixed the problem with a quickness.

great person – Zaza is located in one of the best areas in Dallas and convenient to Uptown and the West Village. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully appointed. Great to come back after being out.

great job – I was totally satisfied with my experience at Hotel ZaZa. The room was really comfortable, incredibly large as hotel rooms go, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the extra little treats like the sweet tea and cookies in the afternoon a great touch. I would certainly return, and reccomend it to anyone staying in Dallas.
