Had an absolutely fantastic time. Spa is awesome and the food in Monarch was out of this world. Best meal I've had since moving to Houston in 2008. Breakfast was amazing too. I'd be back every day if I could just for the jalapenos at breakfast. The strawberry fields cocktail was yummy. The fantastico suite was really nice, next time we want to book a bungalow by the pool.
Our hotel suite was beautiful. Will return.
Alex was great. There was also a lady at the front desk who was very helpful when we needed to add some guests to our room.
Za Za is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service and staff exceptional. Beautiful hotel with flair. The pool was wonderful with the misting fans you never felt too hot!
The ZaSpa staff were friendly and very helpful.

Truet of the valet staff provided excellent service as well as the day shift front desk staff. Absolutely prefer Zaza to the W. Great stay!
Room was great and we only stayed in a double! I can't imagine how beautiful the suites would be! Loved the pool and pool atmosphere. Bartenders were fun poolside too. Wonderful experience. =)
