Perfect – The wife and I spent our 2nd wedding anniversary at Hotel ZaZa. It was great. Almost everything meet or exceeded our expectations. The decor/art was beautiful. The room was perfectly clean and the turn down service (with candles and chocolate) was very nice! So many hotels have flatscreen HD capable tv sets, but without a true HD signal...however, ZaZa has HD which we enjoyed! The furniture, bathroom, view, etc. was perfect.

Beautiful! – Hotel ZaZa was beautiful! I stayed here with my family when we came to Dallas to visit some friends. I wanted to stay at the hotel the whole time. I was so comfortable there because we were so well taken care of. If you want a gorgeous luxury hotel to stay at, this is the one you want to stay in.
Great hotel BUT.. – It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!
Nice room, great deal! – Usually very expensive, but found a deal through Expedia and directly through hotel. Rooms are some of the nicest I have stayed in - LCD TV, sofa, nice bathrooms. Wish I had more time to spend there.

Excellent – This was for my wife's birthday and we had a perfect time!! We were looking for something-somewhere to just get away...if only for a day..this was it. It looks like every other month now. We live just an hour north but felt thousands of miles away!! Thanks
The Worst Spa in Dallas – I made reservations for a Spa Day retreat for myself & 5 of my girlfriends. Two of which had never been to a spa. The pictures online were so pretty we were excited to be pampered and just be able to relax. The spa staff was unprepared and the spa was very small. The locker room was so small that we were not able to all change at the same time. Other guest were already complaining and asking us if it was our 1st visit her to the Spa we should have known by their questions we were in the wrong place.... read more
