My parking experience ruined my stay at his hotel. There was a hotel next door had a parking garage I would have rather parked my own car than deal with the parking crew at this hotel.
#HotelindigoNewarkdowntown is One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel horrible place, and receptionist talking like thug very poor quality of the place and their employees. The hotel doesn't abide by the contracts. 10 thumbs down

I wish the staff were as nice as the rooms. It seemed as though each staff member had a different interpretation of the hotel policy and we had to jump through so many hoops just to check into our room we had reserved months ago. Twice we were told we were all set to go only to be told by another staff member that we were not. At 1:00am this was not something we wanted to be dealing with, when at 12:00 that afternoon we were told that we were all checked in and set to go.
