We will never stay at this Hotel ever again, simply dont care about there guest. We stayed over the weekend and when we came back in the evening asked for extract towels for our son and my wife and I and were told they only provide 2 towels . The African American lady that was checking out this morning guest at 7am was very rude to us and said this Hotels Policy is to NOT give 2nd towels. No order. For hours, there have been about 8 kids playing hide & seek on multiple floors, running & yelling down the halls. Calls were made to the front desk, but these kids never stopped. At one point, these kids were even running around the lobby. The room was nice & the stay could have been great, but it felt like they're afraid to address unruly guests.

If I could rate this less stars I would!! Warning FECES AND COCKROACHES!! AND STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE! Arrived in our room that was “ready for us” with old dog feces under a chair (supposed to be pet free), did they even clean the room for us prior to arrival? I think not with dust on counters and on shower shelves. Had to get ready for bed as we arrived late, then woke up at 1:30 with live moving cockroaches! We also had bed bug bites by morning! The staff was rude and yelled at us when we walked in from the beach without our masks on. Sorry but I didnt wear my mask to the beach so i forgot. Then proceeded to tell us it was a State mandate and we would be escorted off the property if we weren't wearing our masks. Parking lot allowed guests to have a party in lot with alcoholic drinks after 11pm while other guests were trying to sleep and did nothing about it when it was mentioned to them.
